Placing an order

Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
These are working days after your order is confirmed. Holidays, bad weather or courier delays can add time.
Delivery charge
The charge depends on your district and the weight of your order. It is calculated automatically at checkout, so you always see the total before you place the order.
Tracking
When your order is handed to the courier we share the courier details with you. You can also call us any time for an update.
Pre-orders
If a product shows “Pre-order”, it is shipped when new stock arrives. We will tell you the expected date.
Check before you accept
Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If the box is torn, wet or opened, do not accept it and call us right away.
Cancelling
