Ways to pay

• Cash on Delivery — pay the delivery person when you receive the parcel.
• bKash — pay online from your bKash account at checkout, or pay by bKash Payment and enter the transaction ID.
• Nagad — pay by Nagad Payment and enter the transaction ID.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is added at checkout.

Pay to the official number only

Pay only to the bKash / Nagad merchant details shown on our checkout page. Electa staff will never ask for your PIN or OTP, on phone or message. If someone does, do not share it and call us.

Your card and PIN

We do not collect or store your mobile-wallet PIN or any card details. Online bKash payments are completed on bKash’s own secure page.

Your account

Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form. Choose a strong password and do not share it.

Problems with a payment

If money was deducted but the order did not go through, call 01786114000 with your transaction ID and we will fix it.
