Keep it dry
Most electronics are not waterproof. Keep them away from water, rain, sweat and steam. If a device gets wet, switch it off and do not charge it.
Charging
- Use the original charger and cable, or a good quality one with the same rating.
- Do not charge under a pillow or in direct sun.
- Unplug when fully charged if you can; do not let the battery sit at 0% for long.
Heat and cold
Do not leave devices in a hot car, in direct sunlight or near a heater. Heat shortens battery life.
Cleaning
Switch off and unplug first. Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never spray liquid directly on a device and never use strong chemicals. Clean earbud meshes gently with a soft dry brush.
Handling
Avoid drops and pressure on the screen or body. Do not open the device or let an unauthorised person repair it — it can void the warranty.
Storage
If you will not use a device for a long time, store it with about half charge in a cool, dry place in its box.
